the Chapel

At the heart of The Hidden Chapel is a historic church that’s been part of Libby for more than a century. The space hasn’t been fully restored yet, but it’s solid, welcoming, and already well-suited for gathering. Inside, the open layout makes it easy to host a wide range of events—from ceremonies and dinners to workshops, meetings, and community get-togethers.

The chapel can comfortably accommodate up to 73 people indoors and includes Wi-Fi and coffee service, making it especially well-suited for daytime meetings, retreats, and small conferences. Simple by design and flexible by nature, it’s a space meant to adapt to the people and ideas that fill it.

the Kitchen

Connected to the chapel is a commercial kitchen built to support food-focused work of all kinds. The kitchen is available to rent for catering businesses, food production, cooking and baking classes, and processing projects like canning and preserving.

As we look ahead, we’re excited to host community canning and preserving events later this year—creating opportunities to share skills, harvests, and time together. Whether you’re running a business, teaching a class, or stocking your pantry, the kitchen is designed to be practical, functional, and ready to work.

the Garden

Plans are in motion to transform the south lawn of The Hidden Chapel into a dedicated outdoor gathering space. This future garden will support larger events, outdoor meals, and open-air celebrations, extending the chapel experience beyond its walls.

Design and development work is planned to begin in Summer 2026, and we’ll be sharing updates as the vision takes shape. Like the chapel itself, the garden is meant to grow thoughtfully over time—rooted in place, and shaped by how people gather here.
